Rights Sources
Rights Questions
- The right to assembly
- Our right exists because its a way that citizens can peacefully protest and influence their governments and leaders. It is a human right and you can basically get with whoever and talk whatever.
- Someone can get together with others in an assembly, they can talk about whatever they want and protest. They can do all this as long as they are peaceful and not causing trouble.
- It must be peaceful and you can't cause trouble.
- Because if assembly isn't peaceful, then it can get out of hand, and one group can take another groups right away by using violence. If it is a right then everyone has the right to practice it.
- Then there would need to be a way for the people to express their opinion to the government. I would want another right simular to it or i would want money and less taxes.

- Shankar B. Prasad, M.B.B.S. and Tim Carmichael
- Coalition for Clean Air
- Creditable
- It says the CO2 is mainly the reason for the natural warming of the Earths temperature
- Yes
- Because it makes sense, when you have a bunch of people in a closed room and the start talking and breathing, the temperature warms because of the CO2
2. http://environmentalchemistry.com/yogi/environmental/200611CO2globalwarming.html
- Roberta C. Barbalace
- Environmental Chemistry
- Creditable
- It says since the CO2 has increased the natural temperature is increasing.
- Yes
- Because it has studyed and tested information from scientist with special degrees.
3. http://earthguide.ucsd.edu/globalchange/global_warming/03.html
- James Tyndall
- NASA
- Very Creditable
- It says Earth's temperature is higher than ever because of the amount of CO2.
- Yes
- Because it say the same thing on all the sources, and it is said by scientists.
Yes i believe this fact because of all the creditable sources that say its true and because it makes sense, when you have a bunch of people in a closed room and the start talking and breathing, the temperature warms because of the CO2.

- I think it is a pretty reliable source, i don't really know of any of the credentials
- It say the first picture of earth was taken in 1946 by rocket-borne cameras.
- Yes
- Because I think there would have been a picture before that. In 1969 I believe the first man went to the moon, so i would think they would of had a picture before that, more than a year before that at least.
- I could not find a specific source besides the Planetary Society as a whole
- NASA
- reliable enough because its from NASA
- It says the first picture was taken on December 24, 1968. Which is christmas eve.
- I dont know what to believe
- I mean NASA is reliable but i would think the first picture would be taken way before this.

- Goddard Space Flight Center, NASA
- Very Creditable source because its from NASA.
- It says 2005 was the hottest year in over a century
- Yes but it was the hottest year so far

- National Climatic Data Center
- USA Today
- Very creditable, but USA Today is a reliable newspaper.
- It show a chart of the top ten hottest years and 2005 was the hottest, and 2007 was like fifth so, maybe it was the hottest year

- it show a graph how every year the level of CO2 goes up and down
- Yes
- Because it can be measured, its a fact.

- Yes
- Because it was shown by a whole bunch of scientist and UCAR is a credit
- Dr. Pieter Tans, NOAA/ESRL
- Carbonify.com by Michael Bloch

- It shows a graph and talks about why it is zig-zaggy on the graph and thats how it goes up and down yearly
- Yes
- Because it shows the same information as the previous sources.
Truth Fact #1
Today's CO2 concentration is higher than it ever was
- J.R. Petit, J. Jouzel. et. al. Climate and atmospheric history of the past 420 000 years from the Vostok ice core in Antarctica, Nature 399 (3June), pp 429-436, 1999 is the source

Middle East Conflict Questions
- The land that is now present day Israel, used to be the land of the Palistinians. The UN created two states: one for Palestine and one for the Jews. Most Middle Eastern nations are trying to take that land back from the Jews for Palestine. To restore them with the rest of their land.
- After the states were separated in 1947, the conflict escalated and Palestinian Arabs began attacking Jewish convoys and communities all throughout Palestine. The Arab League openly declared that it aimed to prevent the establishment of a Jewish state by force. Arab states decalared war on israel 5 times: 1947, 1956, 1967, 1973 and 1982. Everytime, Israel was victorious. Arab countries refused to accept the existence of Israel. In the 60's manty raids were launched by both sides on the west bank, the bank of the Jordan River which goes along the north, west and the south borders of Israel. The Six Day War in 1967 brought one million Palestinians under Israeli rule. During this time Israel gained much ground. In the 80's Israel invaded South Lebanon, continued until 2000. They launched another invasion in 2006.
- Every country in the Middle East with an Islamic culture are our enemies. Including Syria, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq, and Palestine. They are our enemies because we took their holy land.
- We have zero friends in the Middle East, we just have the UN on our side.
- Our country would like more land, supply of water from the Jordan River, religious freedom, the removal of enemy troops from the West Bank area, the right to be part of Jerusalem (ancient capital of Judea and the Jewish Holy Temple) and Israel wants to be recognized as a Jewish state.
- We, Israel are willing to part of our confiscated land, mainly in Gaza and part of Jerusalem (around the Al Aqsa mosque
- We will not give up our water supply, the land in and around the West Bank, our religion as Jews and our freedom to be a Jewish State.
